Brim’s purpose is to operate fisheries, fish processing, other food processing industries and related activities. We do this in harmony with nature and society. In order to achieve the company’s purpose, the operations must be profitable and financially sound. This was true in the year 2025. Fishing and processing were, as in the past, in good harmony with nature and in accordance with the company’s purpose. Brim operates in a community consisting of employees, customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders that can be found throughout the country and around the world. The company strives to maintain active and good communications with all those who are concerned with its operations, as it is our belief that the company’s solid value creation results in a stronger society.

We want to be an active and powerful participant in society. We do this by doing our jobs well, maximising the value of our catch, emphasising innovation, and creating the conditions to pay our employees at sea and on land good wages. Strong operations and increased scope then increase the company’s tax footprint and thus our contribution to joint funds. We are also involved in community efforts through a variety of support for youth and sports activities, the activities of educational, artistic, and cultural associations, and other things that promote progress.

Employees and their families are the heart of the community that Brim is a part of. We are part of a whole and are convinced that in order to strengthen and improve our society, we need to be strong. We are all rowing in the same direction.
